Right to Cancel (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at cinchstudi@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and provide the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Need a different color or bundle size instead? Email us at cinchstudi@gmail.com and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cinchstudi@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

We currently ship to Romania and a range of other countries, including the rest of the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and select countries across Asia and the Middle East. Available destinations are shown automatically at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout, where available.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Romania, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
